After 25 years in the corporate world, I realised something…

Success isn't necessarily the next promotion,

the bigger title or another year of being busy.

Sometimes it’s having the guts to

admit you want something different.

I’ve spent decades building skills,

leading teams, solving problems

and making things happen.

I’ve also built a yoga career and a dog

walking business alongside corporate life.

So I’m not starting again.

I’m building from experience.

I’m taking everything I’ve learnt and using it to build

something that can work alongside the life I’ve already created...

with more flexibility, more choice and the potential

to create an income that isn’t tied to one employer.

And that’s what I want other

experienced women to see too.

You don’t need to become someone else.

You need to back the woman

you’ve already become.

Your career has given

you more than a job title.

It’s given you skills, resilience,

judgement, relationships, confidence

and the ability to figure shit out.
